Site Safety Services was started in 2005 by Theo Duffy. Theo had gained significant experience in the health and safety industry, and realised that there was a gap in the market for a customer focused health and safety consultancy and training organisation. Theo's concept for Site Safety Services was as a consultancy service with fair fees for clients who needed guidance through the complexities of health and safety legislation. Theo wanted to create courses which were enjoyable to the participants as well as being instructive, informative and having high achievement rates through the required examinations at the end.

Since then, although Site Safety Services has expanded, it remains committed to retaining those key ideas.

The company has offices in L/Derry and Donegal. Courses are provided at various venues throughout the country. Consultancy services are provided to clients in virtually every industry, in every part of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Theo Duffy is an approved Construction Skills Register (CSR) trainer. The CSR registration scheme is designed to improve the health & safety standards of the construction industry. Our health and safety training focuses on the avoidance of risks and the identification of hazards.

Site Safety Services provides health & safety policy, consultancy and training services to the construction industry, including CSR training and Safe T Cert preparation in Counties Derry, Donegal, Antrim, Tyrone, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Monaghan, Cavan and throughout Ulster, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
